How To Enquire And Make A Booking
Browse ACCOMMODATED Property Search and choose a property.
You may call or txt 0415812411 to enquire and make a booking; or fill in our enquiry form adding information of your preferred and/or alternate dates plus the number of people, specifying the number of adults and children (child ages included). A credit card deposit is required to secure the booking.
Payments
All payments are to be made by credit card. A deposit of 1 night accommodation is required to confirm a booking. The full rental amount must be paid 1 month prior to arrival of booking.
Payment Policy
All payments are to be made by Visa and MasterCard credit card only.
AMEX and Diner's Club are not accepted.
All bookings require a credit card deposit of 50% to secure the booking.
The balance is required to be paid one month prior to your stay.
Bookings made within 30 days of intended stay are required to be paid in full.
Deposits are non refundable.
Your credit card is kept on file and will be debited for any damages caused.
In The Event Of Booking Cancellation
Before 30 days to the booking you will forfeit 100% of your deposit booking fee.
Within 30 days to the booking you will forfeit 100% of your total booking fee.
If you shorten your stay or lessen the number of guests within 30 days to the booking full
rental amount must be paid.
Terms and Conditions
You will need to bring or hire (unless otherwise stated) all linen including sheets, pillowslips, towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.
Firewood is to be purchased (unless otherwise stated) and/or can be arranged by ACCOMMODATED - please request upon booking.
Special arrangements are required for late arrivals.
Early check-ins and late check-outs maybe be requested but are subject to availability and incur extra fees.
Standard Tenancy Conditions
The owner agrees to let and guest agrees to take for "holiday purposes" only. The tenancy agreed shall commence at 2.00pm and terminate at 10.00am on the dates booked, unless prior agreement has been made.
The guest also agrees:
- To pay the rent.
- Not to keep any animals or birds on the property (if you do have a permitted pet on the property, you must supply your pet’s own bedding, not leave the pet on its own in/on the property, not allow the pet on any furniture and clean up all droppings before leaving the premises).
- To use only as a holiday home.
- Not to assign or sub-let.
- Please note deposits are not transferable to another property.
- The premises MUST be left in clean and good condition - if any extra cleaning is required over the usual time cleaning takes due to the property being left in an unfit manner, then this cost will be deducted from your credit card / deposit left when checking in and repair or replacement of any articles of furniture and effects or fittings that may become damaged or lost will also be deducted.
- Not to remove any of the furniture or effects from the premise.
- That the leasee is responsible for all guests and shall not be guilty of miss-conduct and/or nuisance, and to be mindful and respectful to neighbours and of making noise.
- Bookings are taken in good faith on behalf of the owner, cancellations by the owner are not the responsibility of the agent, in these cases we will endeavour to relocate you.
- Any description by the agent of the premises is given in good faith and no responsibility can be accepted for the expectations of the guest .
- The number of occupants MUST NOT exceed the number of people booked to stay at the premises or of beds stated in the description of the property .
- All prices are a guide only and are subject to change without notice, once a booking is made the rate will not change.
- If using a wood fire, you will use every reasonable endeavour to ensure that the fire is made safe when leaving and not allow burning embers to damage floors or coverings.
- You must close all windows and lock all doors on exiting the property .
- When making a booking, we will advise the owners of your contact details. No other persons or organisations are supplied with your contact details as per the Privacy Act.
- By the act of making a booking with us and paying the rental, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms above.
- No responsibility is taken for goods left on the premises. Collection of items will incur a fee of $20 plus postage and handling.
- The owner or owner's agent reserves the right to terminate or refuse entry if these conditions are not met.
- Any injury and/or injuries sustained at the property booked is of no responsibility to the owner of the property or the booking agent. Guests enter and occupy premises at their own risk and responsibility.
Stay Definitions
Midweek - Monday 2.00pm to Friday 10.00am
Weekend - Friday 2.00pm to Monday 10.00am
Weekly - 7 Nights
20% Surcharge applies to NSW School & public holidays.
