Off the rumpus room is the garage which is set up with a ping pong table. It is not suitable for parking but makes a great area for kids to play in. The laundry is located in this area and has a washing machine and dryer.

With the driveway down the side of the house, there is ample off-street parking and access to the back house.

Within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and amenities of Katoomba, plus easy access to trains and national parks, this is a must-stay mountains family home. All on a level 1012m2 block.
